America’s most loved bombshell, the unparalleled Kate Upton, did honor the pages of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit once again! The marveled model we all know had her pictures taken in the beautiful archipelago Fiji. It’s actually her fifth time to do the annual sports swimwear issue of the magazine.
Initially, Kate started her career with the magazine in 2011. Her amazing beginnings made her acquire the desirable Rookie of the Year. She went on to the next cover in 2012 and 2013. At simply the age of 22, she was in line with other members of the SI Swimsuit legends, to include renowned Tyra Banks, Christie Brinkley, Heidi Klum and Elle Macpherson, to name a few.
While at SI Swimsuit, we strongly expect Kate’s superiority will merit an equally memorable experience. That’s why you’ll be seeing her in three covers in 2017.
SI Swimsuit editor MJ Day tells that they didn’t start with the idea of three covers, regardless of who was in the cover; but the photo shoots of Kate had varied looks on her, which made it great for the next covers. MJ continues that Kate did a direction to her modeling career, which actually started with them.
Since her prior sports swimwear issue, Kate ventured into many motion pictures, to include the remarkable The Other Womanalong with stars Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz. She is also designated to do an upcoming movie The Layover, a comedy about two best friends who went on an epic road trip together. However, what makes us very eager about her return are the pages in our magazine.
Kate says in her return she was very excited that MJ asked her back for the issue. For this year’s theme, it aims at every woman of every age and body type. This issue should inspire women to love themselves by enjoying life and taking good care of it.
